Our mission is to establish and maintain a standard for you to strive toward in your pursuit of becoming all that God created you to be. We challenge and inspire you to radically cooperate with the will of God so that you are Fully Available to live the life you yearn for and fulfill the unique purpose for which you were made.
What We Do
Knowing you're supposed to be Fully Available is one thing. Actually becoming Fully Available another.
Most people don't fall short because they lack desire. They fall short because no one ever gave them a structured, honest way to close the gap between who they are and who they're capable of becoming. That's what we've built — not another motivational push, not a vague call to do better, but a method of coaching that helps people close that gap. Motivation fades. Standards don't — not when they're built on a real process instead of merely good intentions.
Our coaching follows a structured, sequential method, refined first by living it ourselves before we ever brought it to a client. It doesn't start with your calendar or your goals. It starts with the truth about where you actually stand. And it builds from there, layer by layer — foundation before capacity, inner discipline before outer execution — until becoming Fully Available isn't something you're working toward. It's how you live.
The foundational belief powering everything we do is that we believe people are capable of unbelievable greatness. We believe every single person has a God-given purpose, and that every single person can change the world in their own unique way.
The challenge we've come across isn't that people don't want this. Everybody wants to impact the world in a unique way — but that's a big question, and people don't have specific answers for how to go about doing it. Our program helps you figure out how to apply your unique talents and abilities so that you can impact the world in a way nobody else could.
We are terrified of the idea that your unique talents and abilities go unnoticed or unused. We know you can impact the world in a unique way — and if you don't, the world will be forever deprived of your unique gifts. We want to help you uncover those gifts and live them to the fullest, so you can impact the world in a unique way.
Our coaching program walks you through how to understand where you are today, how to grow and nurture your unique talents and abilities, and then how to use them in the world to have an unbelievable impact.
Why Our Work Matters

Imagine you're moving this weekend, and you ask a friend to help. He says yes without hesitation — he's free all day, he wants to be there, he shows up right on time.
But when the boxes start coming out, he can't lift much. He's out of shape, low on energy, moving slow. He can't think clearly enough to organize a truck or pack a room. He's present. He's willing. But he's not actually useful — because he never did the work to prepare himself to help.
That's most of us with God.
We say yes to Him. We want to do His will. But when He calls us to something — a harder marriage, a bigger sacrifice, a task only we could carry out — we find out we haven't built the capacity to answer. We're available in name. Not in fact.
Fully Available exists to close that gap.

This idea came out of fifteen years of chasing two things that never felt separate to me: growing closer to God, and becoming the best version of myself I could be.
I never saw those as competing pursuits. Every hour spent training my body, sharpening my mind, or working through something emotionally — I believed all of it, done rightly, was in service of the same goal: becoming someone capable of carrying out whatever God asked of me. Not just willing. Able. Ready when the call actually came.
That's where "Fully Available" was born — not as a slogan, but as a standard I was already trying to hold myself to. This is simply the naming of it, and the invitation for others to hold themselves to it too.
God gave us everything we need — every talent, ability, and capacity required to fulfill the purpose He made us for. But those gifts don't activate on their own. We have to create the conditions. We have to do the work — spiritually, emotionally, physically, intellectually, in our vocation — so that when God calls, we're not scrambling to catch up. We're ready.

The world isn't struggling because of politics, or culture, or "the system." Those are the symptoms, not the disease. The real battle is being lost quietly, one unavailable heart at a time — people who want to do good, want to live rightly, want to be exceptional, want to answer their calling, but haven't put in the work to actually be capable of it when the moment arrives.
Radical availability is rare. And it's rare because it's hard. It asks for everything — every talent, thought, word, action, and emotion God gave you — turned over in service of the life you were made for. That's daunting because it should be. But the alternative is a life of good intentions that falls short of what you are truly capable of.
Fully Available is a standard, not a finish line. It's the ongoing pursuit of becoming everything you were made to be, across five aspects of your life — Spiritual, Emotional, Physical, Intellectual, and Vocational — so that when your moment comes, you don't just show up.
